By 1 p.m., the declared amount collected during the finals exceeded PLN 42 million. This year, 1,681 teams and 120,000 volunteers were involved in the campaign, conducting collections throughout the country and abroad. The teams not only accept volunteers and organize collections in local communities, but also prepare additional events and actions on a larger scale. WOŚP operates globally – hundreds of staffs Outside of Poland, they conduct collections in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia and even Antarctica. This year the Orchestra is also present in Malta and India.

Poll: what percentage of Poles support WOŚP?
The Ariadna National Research Panel, commissioned by Wirtualna Polska, conducted a public opinion survey regarding support for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. The results show that 48 percent respondents strongly support the Foundation's activities, and another 24 percent chose the answer “probably yes”. A total of 72 percent respondents rated WOŚP positively. 16% were of the opposite opinion. respondents – 10 percent of them declared that they definitely did not support the Orchestra, and 6 percent chose the answer “probably not”. The remaining 12 percent study participants did not have a clear opinion. The survey was conducted on January 23-24, 2026.
Politicians and state institutions support the Orchestra
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity receives support not only from society, but also from many politicians and state institutions. His auction was launched by, among others: Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The winner will receive golden soccer cleats with the inscription “Donald Tusk” and a meeting at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
The auction organizers also included: National Tax Administration, Speaker of the Sejm Włodzimierz Czarzasty, Head of the Polish Embassy in the USA Bogdan Klich and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski.
WOŚP connects Poles around the world
Various initiatives organized by WOŚP volunteers encourage support and unite Poles and local communities around the world. This year, the Orchestra plays not only in Europe, but also in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Thailand, India and Antarctica.
