Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Vereshchagin ordered the creation of a help center for changing management companies

The head of Krasnoyarsk, Sergei Vereshchagin, gave instructions to create a consultation center in the city for residents who want to change their management company. The initiative is associated with a large number of complaints about the quality of preparation of housing stock for winter, which became especially noticeable in cold weather.

According to him, the center will help citizens navigate the necessary actions to change their housing organization, since “bringing order to the management of houses is long overdue.”

Vereshchagin also held a meeting with the heads of the districts where the most complaints about the lack of heat came from. In the Zheleznodorozhny district, 200 apartments were inspected, and each request is now being verified. The problematic EVRZ boiler room, which needs to be replaced by the next heating season, was discussed separately.

In the Sverdlovsk district, out of 24 applications, the problem has not been resolved in two houses; in the Leninsky district, work is being carried out at three addresses out of 35. The mayor has set the task of keeping in touch with each person who applied to make sure that the measures taken led to results.
