The Internet is the main source of knowledge enabling, among others, better business management for 48 percent Polish micro and small companies; they use accounting advice and the experience of other entrepreneurs less often – according to research by the Polska Bezgotówkowa Foundation.


“Micro and small entrepreneurs in Poland consistently develop their competences, but most often they do it on their own, looking for knowledge and tools that allow them to better manage the company, make better business decisions and adapt to changing market conditions,” the information describing the study stated.

The research was conducted by the Choreograph Polska agency for the Polska Bezgotówkowa Foundation on November 3-21, 2025 on a sample of 602 entrepreneurs employing up to 9 employees using the CAWI method, i.e. an online survey conducted as part of a certified research panel.
