Two flights from Krasnoyarsk to foreign resorts were delayed for 20 hours or more

January 25 12:26

Two international flights from Krasnoyarsk are delayed by more than 20 hours.

According to media reports, flight SU-6623 to the Chinese city of Sanya, which was supposed to depart on January 24 at 21:15, was postponed exactly one day – to 21:15 on January 25. According to media reports, the cause was a technical malfunction of the Boeing 737-800 aircraft. There are 138 passengers awaiting departure, all of whom were accommodated in a hotel.

The flight to Thai Utapao (Pattaya) has also been rescheduled. The flight scheduled for 20:15 on January 24 has been delayed by 20 hours until 15:50 on January 25. The delay is due to disruptions in the airline's schedule following incidents on its other flights.

The Rospotrebnadzor office for the Krasnoyarsk Territory stated that it monitors compliance with the rights of passengers of both delayed flights. At the moment, there have been no complaints from tourists.

The agency reminds that in the event of a long delay, airlines are required to provide passengers with food, drinks, hotel, transfer and communications. In case of violations, Rospotrebnadzor is ready to provide advice to protect consumer rights.
