Using a clip and a “camouflage” black bag, the man pulled out a phone worth 16 thousand rubles from someone else’s jacket. The victim didn't notice anything.
The pickpocket was immediately detained and a criminal case was opened for theft. He is already known to the police; a couple of years ago he was detained for stealing money from a student.
