  • salt – 1/2 tsp;
  • smoked paprika – 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder – 1 tsp;
  • dried oregano – 1 tsp;
  • dried thyme – 1/2 tsp;
  • ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp;
  • ground red pepper – 1/8 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Boil unpeeled potatoes for 20-25 minutes, cool and cut into slices. Place on parchment.
  2. Combine all the spices and sprinkle the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees. Turn over once.
