The reason for the scandal was the people's deputy's post, in which she expressed support for the Ukrainian singer Tina Karol after she was hated online because of a new song about blackouts. Amid a wave of criticism and accusations, the singer recorded on January 20 video in which I apologized for the premiere of this song.
“I wanted to unite everyone with the composition, but I united everyone against myself. Well, it turned out to be such a meme. Nothing. Excuse me, please. This is a painful meme for me. This is not an “order”, this is not a manual from the authorities, I do not carry out any orders,” said the artist.
Commenting on the situation, the people's deputy called the artist's haters “useless idiots” and called criticism of her track a Russian IPSO (information and psychological operation).
“When they hate an absolutely apolitical singer, who in the darkest days tries to support each of us, and this is done by draft dodgers or “bloggers” with a fake deferment from service, the pro-Russian trace here is obvious – our law enforcement agencies should take care of this,” the people’s deputy called. “And now – an appeal to pro-Russian bloggers sitting abroad, evading fulfilling their constitutional duties: you will not shut up beautiful Ukrainian girls, okay?”
In the comments to the publication, Tina Karol thanked people's deputy for support.
Bogdan also responded to Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk’s post.
“Olya, let’s be honest. The useless idiot is you,” he wrote He.
“Mutually,” the people’s deputy answered.
“You’ll get a cancer in your throat. You’re screwed, bitch,” Bogdan replied.
“Your opinion is very important to us. Stay on the line,” Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk responded.
