The Bucharest prosecutors charged the four young men who, in November 2025, beat three minors in a tram, an incident following which two of the victims obtained medical-legal certificates, for hitting or other violence and disturbing public peace and order.
One of the aggressors was remanded in custody, and the other three were placed under house arrest.
“Following the administration of evidence, the following was established: on 22.11.2025, at around 6:12 p.m., while they were in a tram of line STB 21, between Teiul Doamnei – Ziduri Moşi stations, sector 2 Bucharest, the four defendants and a person unidentified at this time, following a spontaneous conflict, physically assaulted the injured persons SI, MRM and MA, by applying several blows with fists and feet, thus disturbing public order and peace”, states the Prosecutor's Office attached to the 2nd District Court, Monday, January 19, in a statement.
In the case of one of the two teenagers who went to the doctor, injuries were found that required three to four days of medical care, and in the case of the other, it was determined that the victim needed one to two days of medical care.

Who are the four aggressors?
We remind you that, on November 22, 2025, the Capital Police was notified through 112 after several people were assaulted in a tram.
The investigation, taken over by the Violent Criminal Groups Service, established that four people allegedly attacked three minors, aged 15 and 16, punching and kicking them in the head and body.
According to Adevărul sources, the defendants are:
Zainea Patris Antonio Mihai – 17 years old
Andrei Cristian Stefan – 21 years old
From Adrian Laurentiu – 14 years old
Suruparu Luca Mihai – 17 years old
On January 15, 2026, police officers from the General Directorate of Police of the Municipality of Bucharest – Violent Criminal Groups Service, with the support of police officers from the Service for Special Actions and gendarmes from the General Directorate of Gendarmes of the Municipality of Bucharest, executed four home search warrants, in the municipality of Bucharest and in Ilfov county.
As a result of the activities carried out, the four aggressors were detained in a criminal case regarding the commission of assault or other acts of violence and disturbance of peace and public order.
