
On January 16, Ukrainian food blogger and chef Alex Mil shared on Instagram how to prepare a healthy and satisfying breakfast from simple ingredients in 10 minutes.
“I offer an idea for an incredibly tasty breakfast,” noted Mil.
The blogger recommended baking Belgian waffles and serving them with ham, avocado and poached egg.
Products for eight waffles
- 100 g hard cheese or mozzarella;
- 2 eggs;
- 50 g butter;
- 200 g warm milk;
- 160 g flour;
- 5 g baking powder;
- a pinch of salt;
- dill and parsley.
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix eggs, melted butter and salt.
- Pour in warm milk and stir.
- Add flour and baking powder. Mix again with a whisk.
- Add grated cheese and chopped herbs. Stir.
- Cook waffles in a waffle iron on high heat. For one waffle you will need approximately 3 tbsp. l. test.
