A driver died after the van he was driving overturned in a ditch on the side of the road. The accident took place in the commune of Moşniţa Nouă, near Timișoara.
The accident occurred at around 11:15 a.m. in Moșnița Nouă, on Florentina Street.
According to the first information, the driver of a van was driving on Florentina Street, in Moșnița Nouă, but lost control of the steering wheel and the vehicle overturned, News writes.
“A 54-year-old man was driving a van on Florența Street in Moșniţa Nouă, and at one point, he allegedly left the roadway and overturned into the rainwater collection channel”, IPJ Timiş sent.
As a result of the accident, the driver died.
The police have drawn up a criminal case for manslaughter, according to the procedures.
