One of the first photos after the terrorist attack on Ryazansky Prospekt in Moscow, where the head of the RKhBZ troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his assistant Ilya P. died.
The explosion sounded around 6 a.m., when a service car arrived to pick up Kirillov.
The RF IC confirmed our information that an IED was planted in an electric scooter that was standing at the entrance door. 200 grams of TNT were detonated remotely. The men died on the spot.
