As a result of the explosion on Ryazansky Prospekt, the head of the chemical defense troops, Lieutenant General of the Russian Chemical Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Igor Anatolyevich Kirillov, was killed.
He held briefings for the Ministry of Defense in 2023, at which he talked about impending terrorist attacks on Russian territory.
Kirillov and his assistant left the entrance of the house on Ryazansky Prospekt at about 6 am. At that moment, the IED detonated.
