The 4-star Orizont hotel in Predeal, whose main shareholder is Transilvania Investments Alliance (formerly SIF Transilvania), is also up for sale at the beginning of this year, after the transaction with the Alexandrion group failed, following the death of the owner, the Romanian businessman of Syrian origin Nawaf Salameh.
Profit.ro previously announced that the Orizont Hotel in Predeal, classified at 4 stars and considered a landmark of the mountain resort, presented as the future “Pearl of Prahova Valley” and whose main shareholder is Transilvania Investments Alliance (formerly SIF Transilvania), will be put up for sale, the transaction with the Alexandrion group being stopped.
