“Sibiryak” sued money for the construction of a children's hospital in Krasnoyarsk

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory recognized the Sibiryak company's demands for payment for work under the contract for the construction of a children's multidisciplinary hospital as legitimate.

The court recalled that Sibiryak demanded that the regional Capital Construction Administration pay an additional 112.8 million rubles. In the lawsuit, company representatives explained that in February 2023, a government contract worth more than 15.7 billion rubles was concluded. It provided for the adjustment of the project and working documentation, the subsequent construction of the hospital and equipping it with equipment.

“In August 2025, the customer institution decided to unilaterally refuse to fulfill the contract. According to the contractor, by this time he had completed and documented work worth over 112 million rubles, which the customer refused to accept and pay for, citing termination of the contract,” the court said.

Representatives of Sibiryak considered the actions of UKS illegal and went to court. After studying all the documents, the Arbitration Court sided with the builders. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.

We add that for the completion of the first stage of work (without the surgical building) in September 2025 announced a new tender by 731 million rubles. “Sibiryak” won the competition again.
