Residents of the cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory who were injured at work became the owners of new cars. The regional branch of the Social Fund of Russia presented them with specially equipped Lada Granta.
The machines are adapted to the needs of each owner – they were converted at the factory to take into account injuries to the musculoskeletal system. Such cars help people return to work and normal life.
Each car is designed for 7 years of use, after which, if necessary, it can be replaced with a new one. One of the recipients, Valery from Shushensky district, received a car for the third time. A man was injured while working as a combine operator.
“For me, a car is urgently needed. By car I can get to the hospital, pharmacies, shops,” he said.
In total, 27 people will receive new cars by the end of October. Next year, more than 40 more residents of the region will receive special transport.
