Victor Angelescu (41 years old), the president and minority shareholder of Rapid, “charged” a statement made by Andrei Nicolescu, the official from Dinamo, in relation to Antoine Baroan (25), the striker who is no longer wanted by Giulești.
Antoine Baroan will no longer continue at Rapid, the decision being taken by Costel Gâlcă, following the player's acts of indiscipline. Dinamo wants the striker, but Rapid does not want to give him away for free. Giulești want 400,000 euros in exchange for him, that is, exactly how much they paid in the summer, when they brought him.
After hearing the amount wanted by Rapid, Nicolescu said: “Keep losing money. I like their calculation over there, but there's no way summer and winter calculations match. For now, we're focusing on other tracks.” Baroan had been wanted by Kopic at Dinamo in the summer, before he signed with Rapid.

Angelescu replied to the president of Dinamo, reminding that his team lost several important players without collecting any money. He gave the example of Astrit Selmani.

Baroan hasn't been in the last six months. Selmani, who entered the last six months, they wanted hundreds of thousands of euros and, in the end, he left for free.
