The Ministry of Health told how many times and why Krasnoyarsk residents called an ambulance on New Year's Eve

During the 12 days of the New Year holidays, the teams of the Krasnoyarsk ambulance station completed 13,045 calls. This is 8% more than in the same period last year.

During the day from December 31 to January 1, there were 1,134 calls: 891 to adults, 243 to children. And on New Year’s Eve, on average, 39 calls were recorded every hour.

From 00:00 to 7 am, doctors responded to 229 calls: the largest number was recorded from 02:00 to 03:00 hours, the smallest – from 05:00 to 06:00 am.

“Most of the calls were with a preliminary diagnosis of ARVI (for comparison, on New Year’s Eve 2025 injuries were in the lead). In second place, as last year, are diseases of the circulatory system, in third place are injuries, diseases of the respiratory and digestive organs. Also, at 23:59, the medical team provided assistance to a patient with a nosebleed in a cafe, at 00:01 – a patient with cerebrovascular accident, and at 00:05 – a patient with an intestinal infection,” the Ministry of Health said.

In addition, on New Year’s Eve, KSSMP doctors responded to two accidents, one of which was fatal. And on the night of January 3, the team from substation No. 4 delivered a baby in an ambulance – a girl was born.
