Gica Dobrin, the wife of the late Nicolae Dobrin, had an extremely harsh reaction after the controversial statements made by Ladislau Boloni (72 years old) to the late Ilie Balaci and Nicolae Dobrin.

Boloni had recently stated that the two “played a little football at a high level, two or three years and disappeared”, a statement that caused a wave of indignation among those close to the two and provoked a categorical response from the family of the “Gâscan”.

Nicolae Dobrin's wife, frontal attack in Boloni: “The whole of Romania knows…”

The wife of the former great footballer did not hide her outrage and sent an extremely sharp message:

“This Mr. Ladislau Boloni, or as his name is pronounced, he should have said these things about my husband and Ilie Balaci when they were aliveto get a response from them.

Now I ask him to mind his own business and take his opinion with him when he is no longer among us. The whole of Romania knows who Dobrin and Balaci were as footballers, and we don't need the opinion of a man who speaks like that about two people who can no longer defend themselves.

I know that Gicu and Ilie Balaci filled the stadiums wherever they played. They were loved by a whole country. I have no more answer to give to a man who chose to speak in this way about Dobrin and Balaci“, said Gica Dobrin, according to prosport.ro.
