I cook dinner in 10 minutes without a frying pan or smell – it turns out so tasty that even a child eats everything to the last crumb

If you want something tasty, but not heavy, in the evening, but don’t have the energy to cook, there is an ideal solution. This dish does not burden the stomach, does not leave fat on the walls of the microwave and is prepared from what is almost always in the refrigerator.

It is suitable even for those who are watching their weight, eat after six or just want a light dinner without guilt.

You will need:

Cottage cheese 5–9% – 150 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Instant oatmeal – 2 tbsp. l.
Salt – a pinch
Fresh herbs – optional
Garlic – 1 clove

How to cook:

  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, oatmeal and salt.
  • Add finely chopped herbs and grated garlic, if using.
  • Mix well until smooth.
  • Place the mixture in a lightly oiled ceramic or glass dish.
  • Microwave for 3-4 minutes at 800 W.
  • Let stand for 2 minutes, the casserole will settle a little and become denser.

Serve warm with a spoonful of natural yoghurt, fresh cucumbers, or just as is. This dinner is easily digestible, does not cause bloating and leaves you feeling full for 3-4 hours.

You can prepare portions in mugs or small molds. Then everyone will get their own mini casserole, and there will be no need to share.
