Ryanair will employ up to 300 people in Poland. We know the details


According to the carrier, new positions will be created as part of “further investments and expansion in Poland”.
The carrier organizes recruitment meetings for candidates for cabin crew members throughout Poland. The company provided their schedule;
- 12/01/26 Warsaw: Hotel Ibis Styles Warszawa City. Time: 10:30
- 13/01/26 Wrocław: Hotel Campanile Stare Miasto. Time: 10:30
- 14/01/26 Poznań: Moxy Poznań Airport. Time: 10.30
- 15/01/26 Gdańsk: Hotel Qubus. Time: 10:30
- 27/01/26 Krakow: Hotel Campanile Krakow Old Town. Time: 10:30
- 28/01/26 Katowice: Hotel Campanile Katowice. Time: 10:30
According to Ryanair, during the meetings you will be able to ask questions to current Buzz crew members. “Participants will be able to learn what it's like to work on board at the largest airline group in Europe, as well as learn about the benefits associated with this role – including attractive remuneration packages and travel discounts that allow them to explore over 235 destinations within Ryanair's leading network,” reads the company's announcement.

Five days on, three days off
“Successful candidates will benefit from a working schedule of five days on followed by three days off, as well as competitive remuneration packages and the opportunity for rapid career development at Europe's largest airline,” says Ryanair.
“Poland is a key market in the development strategy of Buzz and the entire Ryanair Group. In the upcoming summer season of 2026, we are increasing operations from Polish airports and creating 300 new jobs for cabin crews.
