Laima Vaikule was left without a business in Russia – the court excluded her from among the participants of Laima-Lux Rus, from which she was still making money in our country.
The singer opened the company together with Shiraz Mamedov in the early 2000s. The office operated beauty salons, sold cosmetics, furniture and accessories. In 2022, Laima Vaikule transferred her 49% to her partner, and in September 2024, Mamedov filed a lawsuit to exclude her from LLC participants.
Six months later, the case ended in favor of the artist’s former partner, and the businessman remained the sole founder of the company.
