105 customers in Sector 3 were left without gas, after an incident at the installation of a building on Liviu Rebreanu street

Distrigaz Sud Rețele temporarily interrupted the supply of natural gas to a building located in Liviu Rebreanu street, no. 46-58, block 3, staircase D, in sector 3 of the Capital, following an incident at the utility plant that supplies the respective building, the company announced, according to Agerpres.
According to a statement from the company, sent on Sunday, in order to ensure security conditions, Distrigaz Sud Rețele had to temporarily interrupt the supply of natural gas, starting at 15:15.
As a result of this unplanned outage, 105 domestic and non-domestic customers, fed through this common use facility, are affected.
“Distrigaz Sud Rețele has taken this measure until the faults of the user facility are remedied by an ANRE authorized company. According to the legislation in force, the common user facility belongs to the customers and is not under the responsibility of Distrigaz Sud Rețele”, state the company's representatives.
According to the regulations developed and approved by ANRE, for the resumption of natural gas supply, by Distrigaz Sud Rețele, to the affected customers, the following conditions must be met: the contracting, by the customers, of an economic operator authorized by ANRE to remedy the defects and carry out the technical review of the user installation; the transmission to Distrigaz Sud Rețele of the supporting documents drawn up by the respective economic operator.
The representatives of the Distrigaz Sud Rețele company recommend to customers, if they smell gas after the resumption of the supply, to call the Gas Emergency Call and Troubleshooting Center on the following telephone numbers: 021 9281, 031 9031 or 0800 877 778, to ventilate the room immediately, not to cause sparks, not to operate electrical switches, not to use appliances household appliances and, if possible, close the natural gas supply valve.
