The post liked by the young footballer attracted the attention of Manchester United fans. They left several comments wondering why Mainoo liked the post.

Tensions between Kobbie Mainoo and Ruben Amorim

Tensions were even amplified by Mainoo's brother, who came to a match played by Manchester United wearing a T-shirt that read “Free Kobbie Mainoo”.

Amidst these tensions, Amorim said last month: “Kobbie Mainoo will have the opportunity he always has. He's played in different positions.

He will be the future of Manchester United, that's my feeling, he just has to wait for his chance and everything can change in football in two days“.
