In Krasnoyarsk, police solved a robbery without delay.
The press service said that on the morning of November 18, they were contacted by a 49-year-old man who had been attacked by a stranger, beaten and taken away 3.5 thousand rubles. The police went to the scene, identified the attacker and detained him. He turned out to be a 20-year-old man who had already had problems with the law.
He told the police that at that moment he was drunk and was in the parking lot located on Dmitry Martynov Street, in the company of friends. A man walking his dog made offensive remarks towards the young people, so the guy decided to investigate. A verbal conflict began, during which the attacker hit the enemy several times and then demanded money, which he gave. The young man did not even look at the amount that the victim gave him.
“During a search at the suspect’s place of residence, the police discovered the stolen money and seized it. They will be returned to the victim in the near future. The investigative department No. 1 of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Krasnoyarsk” opened a criminal case against the attacker under Part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery”. The sanction of this article implies up to 7 years of imprisonment. The detainee is awaiting a preventive measure,” the police said.
