The alleged head of the murder cartel, Sergei Magdanov, was released. The Vladimir court decided that he was not involved in the creation of a site for hiring killers.
In July 2020, drug dealer Kuzma Kazazaev and his wife Ekaterina were killed in the Vladimir region. Then the criminal began to prepare to kill a resident of St. Petersburg. Next are Igor Serov and Maxim Komashko. It was alleged that they were involved in the creation of a site for hiring killers. And the order for three murders was allegedly published by Magdanov, being an intermediary.
As a result, the first criminal case in Russia against the “owners” of a killer marketplace was heard for almost two years. The jury was asked about 70 questions. Three hours later, they decided that only Lush was guilty. He faces from 25 years in prison to life for the murder of two or more people. He himself has already written a statement asking to be sent as a volunteer to the Northern Military District. Serov was left in custody because of an old article on weapons storage. Magdanov and Komashko are at large.
