On the Rapid's transfer list is the Cypriot Marinos Tzionis, the deportee of those from UTA.
Arriving in the Superliga in February 2025, Marinos Tzionis, now 24 years old, impressed in our lands.
The offensive footballer, Cypriot international with already 40 matches in the first national team, played 30 times for UTA, contributing decisively to 6 goals. In 3 rows he scored, 3 times he provided the last pass.
Tzionis also attracted the attention of those from Giulești. Rapid has him on the transfer list for this winter and he penciled the offer with which he wants to go to the negotiation table.
Rapid offers €300,000 + Micovschi for Marinos Tzionis
From GSP.ro information, the white-cherries are willing to offer 300,000 euros for Claudiu Micovschi (26 years old), the winger who no longer has a future in Giulesti. Micovschi also played at UTA in the 2023/2024 season, then on loan from Rapid.

The interest for Tzionis comes in the context in which Rapid has a consistent offer for the holder of the extreme left position, Claudiu Petrila.
At least at the level of the fixed amount, Rapid's offer is below the claims of the people of Arad. UTA wants at least 500,000 euros for Tzionis, especially since other teams have shown interest in the Cypriot's services.
One is from Poland and entices him with a double salary compared to what he receives at UTA, the other is Omonia Nicosiathe team that raised Tzionis and is interested in repatriating him.
Tzionis played in Omonia's first team between 2017 and 2022, before being bought by Kansas City for €1.3 million. After two and a half years in MLS, then half a season in Serbia, at Cukaricki, UTA convinced him to sign in Romania.
Micovschi will not continue at Rapid
The “exchange currency” proposed by Rapid, Claudiu Micovschi will leave Giulesti anyway this month, given that he won't get the minutes he's hoping for at Rapid.
Last season he made 29 appearances on the field, and in the current season he is at the 11th post, but they are generally sporadic appearances, for a few minutes. Costel Gâlcă started only twice in the championship, in stages 4 and 5, in 2-1 with FC Botoșani and 1-1 with Oțelul.
UTA would like him back in the squad, but Micovschi is being followed by other Superliga teams, such as Hermannstadt, Petrolul and FC Argeș.
