A girl saved a drowning nine-year-old boy in a pond in the Olympic Village in Moscow: he slipped and fell into the water.
Two boys were walking without their parents. One of them slipped where the fence had recently been removed and fell into the pond. He began to drown, his friend began to call for help.
A girl who happened to go for an evening jog responded: she took the boy out, warmed him up and called an ambulance and rescuers.
