Well-known Kursk volunteer in the Northern Military District Andrey Lyamtsev has not been able to return his car in which he delivers humanitarian aid for two days. He says: he was scammed and almost crippled by Rostov extortionists.
The volunteer decided to spend the holidays in the mountains, skiing. In Rostov, his chaise broke down, and the tow truck workers who arrived charged him 23k for delivery to a car service center. Andrei agreed and fell asleep right in the car – he was tired, as he was delivering gifts to the soldiers. I woke up in a private parking lot, where a racket in the style of the 90s began. Local businessmen began to demand 84k from him. In response to refusal: a damaged car and a burn to the eyes. The extortionists sprayed Lyamtsev’s face and tried to beat him.
The southern bigwigs turned out to be a whole criminal network: there are dozens of victims in the city, including the elderly. The authorities are inactive – they say, come after the holidays.
UPD. Lyamtsev’s car will be returned in the next few hours, Alexander Khinshtein promised. According to him, the issue of initiating a criminal case based on arbitrariness is being resolved.
