TV presenter Yuri Nikolaev was taken to intensive care after the holidays with a hip fracture. The 76-year-old showman tripped over furniture at home, fell and broke his femur.
According to Mash, the man was hospitalized by ambulance, and an emergency operation was performed at the hospital. Due to his age and weakness, Nikolaev spent two days in intensive care. Now he is recovering in a regular ward, plus he is undergoing cancer treatment – Nikolaev has a history of lung cancer and a long history of smoking.
In November, Yuri Alexandrovich also fell at home and hit his head twice. Then the doctors forbade him to tar – he smoked 50 cigarettes a day.
