A few hours after that Radu Drăgușin (23 years old) checked off the comeback on the field in an official match, the Italian press announced that the Romanian defender would have given his consent to return to Juventus. In this scenario, it would remain for the two clubs to clap for a move in January.

On Sunday evening, Radu Drăgușin entered an official match for the first time after 11 months, playing about 13 minutes in Crystal Palace – Tottenham 0-1.

Freshly back from a serious injury and with the winter market on the horizon, the Romanian defender has no shortage of suitors.

There is particular interest in Italy. Fiorentina and Roma have already taken an interest in his situationbut the most insistent formation in the Peninsula is one that Radu has played for, Juventus.

The other day, the “Old Lady” clapped hands with Marco Ottolini so that the Italian will return to the club as sporting director. On the transfer list of the new official, Drăgușin is right at the top.

The Italians announce: “Radu Drăgușin has given his consent for the transfer to Juventus”

The wheels are in motion. The publication TuttoMercatoWEB announced last night that “the new sporting director is trying to bring back one of his players, Drăgușin (no – with whom he also worked at Genoa, not only at Juventus). The player has given his consent [pentru transfer]and the move is in progress“.

This news comes in the context in which Drăgușin returned as the fourth choice stopper at Tottenham, after Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero and Kevin Danso. Thomas Frank has another stopper at his disposal, the Japanese Kota Takai, and Ben Davies can play there, if needed.

“Juventus' dream”, Sandro Tonali

According to the quoted source, Juventus would also like a right back and a midfielder.

“It's their dream Sandro Tonaliwho has already said “yes” to returning to Italy. There is a plan to loan him now with an obligation to buy in June, but the amount is very high, around 60 million euros. Juve are considering selling Jonathan David. (…)

Right back Norton Cuffywhich Ottolini brought to Genoa, is increasingly appreciated. And with the money on him, Genoa would buy the players De Rossi wants in order to keep the team afloat,” writes TMW.
