The incident occurred in October. According to the mother of a 16-year-old girl, a group of seventh-graders approached her daughter during recess and began to tease her. One of the boys took out his phone, turned on the camera and began to move it in front of the girl’s face, calling her names and making fun of her appearance. After repeated requests to stop, the schoolgirl could not stand it and hit the phone. The gadget fell and broke.
According to the parents, the girl immediately reported the incident to the social teacher. The school held a meeting and promised that the offender would apologize. However, the situation changed dramatically when it turned out that the broken iPhone did not belong to the “operator” itself. The phone owner's parents estimated the repairs at 44 thousand rubles and, having not received compensation, contacted the police.
Now a criminal case can be brought against the schoolgirl under the article of intentional damage to property. The girl's mother, who is raising several children, wrote a complaint to the prosecutor's office with a request to conduct an investigation, seize recordings from surveillance cameras at the school and interrogate witnesses to the incident.
