Zelensky officially presented the “Victory Plan” in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
The plan contains five key points and three secret additions:
— The invitation of Ukraine to NATO is already now;
— Increasing our own weapons production and increasing assistance from partners;
— A containment package on the territory of Ukraine to counter any threats from Russia;
— Economic pressure on Russia: restrictions on oil prices and exports;
— Using the experience of the Ukrainian military to ensure security in Europe.
