The Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Krasnoyarsk Territory reports temporary traffic restrictions for heavy trucks and buses on the federal highway R-255 “Siberia”. They were introduced in the section from the 1020th to the 1046th kilometer.
The reason was a sharp deterioration in weather conditions – a strong blowing snow. The movement of vehicles of categories “C” (trucks) and “D” (buses) is temporarily prohibited. Passenger cars and other vehicles can move through the area without restrictions, the road is open to them.
Motorists, especially drivers of trucks and passenger buses, are advised to take this information into account when planning routes.
We would like to add that due to difficult weather conditions, planes from Moscow and Sochi were unable to land at Krasnoyarsk airport.
