An estate in Tuscany, which includes a 300m2 villa and 4 hectares of land, sells for 90,000. For the same money, Romanians can buy a studio apartment in Cluj, the most expensive city in Romania. And it is not an isolated case. The real estate properties in the city on Someș rival those in the West.

A villa of comparable size in Cluj is sold for 6 million euros, more precisely 5,995,000, money to which VAT is added. The ad was initially posted on the website of the Investa Imobiliare agency, and later appeared in other important agencies.

“Adevărul” wrote about the villas in Cluj that are sold at prices that far exceed similar properties in Miami or sunny Sardinia.

In this case, the villa in Tuscany sells for 90,000 euros, but it is indeed located in the countryside, but not far from Perugia (about 50 minutes) or the famous Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance (an hour and 15 minutes).
