According to preliminary information from the traffic police, a 60-year-old passenger bus driver was moving from Gorky in the direction of Kirov at an unspecified traffic light. At that moment, a 35-year-old driver of a car drove into the intersection, moving from the direction of Karl Marx in the direction of Lenin, also at an unspecified traffic light.
“There were 5 passengers on the bus at the time of the accident, none of them were injured. The driver of the car was initially injured; the man is now being examined by an emergency medical team. Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate are working at the scene of the accident, establishing all the circumstances of the incident,” the traffic police said.
