The court arrested the property of foreign agent Morgenstern in a criminal case for failure to fulfill the duties of a foreign agent.
His land plot and house in the village of Leonovo, Istrinsky district, Moscow region, as well as four non-residential premises were seized: one in Leonovo, the other three in a building on Bakuninskaya Street in Moscow.
Case for suspicion of evading the implementation of legislation on foreign agents in Alisher was arrested in the fall of 2024. The case was opened based on materials from an inspection by the Moscow prosecutor's office.
