In winter, the skin of the hands dries, peels, and microcracks appear, especially for those who wash dishes, do laundry by hand, or simply live in a house with central heating. Regular creams are absorbed in five minutes, greasy ointments stain everything, and care gloves are uncomfortable and easily lost.
But in reality everything is much simpler. There is no need for expensive serums or hourly application of cream. Just one action before bed is enough, and in the morning your hands are soft, smooth, without dryness or tightness. Even if you washed windows all day, did laundry or forgot about cleaning.
You will need:
- olive or sunflower oil – 1 teaspoon
- clean cotton gloves
How to do:
- Before going to bed, rub warm oil into the skin of your hands, especially into the cuticles and back of your hands.
- Wear cotton gloves.
- Go to bed.
Overnight, the oil penetrates deeply into the skin, restores the lipid barrier, heals microcracks, and cotton creates a warm compress that enhances the effect. In the morning, simply wipe your hands with a dry towel. The skin will be velvety, like after a salon, but without the smell of chemicals and lasts all day.
The effect lasts 1-2 days, even if you wash dishes without rubber gloves. Do this 2 times a week, and by spring your hands will look well-groomed.
