The Portuguese star and his fiancee have purchased two luxury homes on a private island, accessible only by boat or seaplane. The houses are part of the Red Sea Residences, located on private islands about 26 kilometers off the coast. Nujuma has 19 completely independent luxury villas, designed to offer privacy, exclusivity and close contact with nature.

According to the Saudi Gazette, the residential complex is located nearly 1,287 kilometers from the Saudi capital Riyadh, where Cristiano operates, offering stunning private villas for getaways away from the city. Amenities near the island include a golf course and top restaurants, with 11 similar resorts set to open in the future.

The cost of such a property is estimated at 4 million euros each.

The Portuguese star spoke about the acquisition, per the aforementioned source.

“The Red Sea destination is truly exceptional in every sense of the word. From our first visit, Georgina and I felt a deep connection to this island and its stunning natural beauty. It is a place where we find peace and tranquility,” said the Portuguese star.

John Pagano, chief executive of Red Sea International, said the Portuguese's decision reflected the destination's unique positioning.

We are delighted to welcome Cristiano and Georgina to the Red Sea Residences community.

The destination is designed to achieve a net positive environmental impact of 30% by 2040, with initiatives that enrich coral reefs, mangroves, seagrass beds and native habitats,” he said, according to the source cited earlier.
