The head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Jan Grabiec, said that he ordered an inspection of the Osuchowa Foundation, managed by MEP Grzegorz Braun and Włodzimierz Skalik, MP of the Confederation of the Crown of Poland. He also informed that the foundation had lost the right to obtain 1.5 percent. personal income tax because she did not submit the report on time.

Grabiec said in a post on the X platform that the inspection at the Foundation will be carried out at the request of the director of the National Institute of Freedom – Center for the Development of Civil Society (NIW-CRSO), Michał Braun.

He also informed that the Foundation had lost the right of public benefit organizations to obtain 1.5 percent. personal income tax due to failure to submit the report on time. “The organization uses funds from the 1.5 percent tax to, among other things, organize Braun's political tours around Poland and spread disinformation,” wrote the head of the Prime Minister's Chancellery.

According to the report for 2024, the Osuchowa Foundation recorded over 486,000. PLN revenues from 1.5 percent income tax received from natural persons.

Removal from the list of public benefit organizations (OPP) prevents the organization from deriving income from this in the next tax settlement.

Public benefit organizations publish approved financial statements and substantive reports on their activities in the database of public benefit organizations' reports on the website of the National Institute of Freedom – Center for the Development of Civil Society.
