The 75-year-old turner spent years amputating penises, testicles and toes for everyone on his living room sofa.
The self-taught surgeon from Germany found clients on the Internet; for services they paid from 500 to 2200 euros. Patients included people who suffered from chronic pain, as well as those who were beginning to transition.
The pensioner himself claims that tried to help those in need, and not profiting from crazy people. Nevertheless, the court found the man guilty and sentenced him to 3 years and 10 months in prison.
The “surgeon” did not reveal the location of the cut off parts of the bodies.
