It is reported that the detainee was laying out an escape route to the EU for draft dodgers through a non-working gas pipe.
“It was established that the defendant acted together with his acquaintance from Pokrovsk [Донецкой области]who migrated to the European Union. While abroad, he looked for potential clients on Tik-Tok and arranged for them to meet at the exit of the pipe,” the report says.
According to the National Police, for $8 thousand, the organizers of the scheme planned to transport a man of mobilization age through a settlement in the Transcarpathian region to the territory of Hungary.
