In the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a man completely repaid his debt to the bank so as not to lose his personal transport. This was reported to the GUFSSP of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The Vanavara Department of Bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings to collect a loan debt from a local resident. The amount of debt was 360 thousand rubles. Since the debt was not repaid on time, the bailiff assessed an enforcement fee in the amount of 25 thousand rubles. The total amount to be recovered increased to 385 thousand rubles.
The seizure of the debtor's bank accounts did not produce results, since the man had no official income and was not employed. But the man owned a Mitsubishi Lancer car, which he hid from the enforcement authorities.
“The car was installed in one of the courtyards of the village near the actual location of the debtor, thanks to a planned raid by bailiffs. The discovered vehicle was promptly seized, and the debtor was explained that if they continue to ignore their loan obligations, the car will be sent for sale,” said the GUFSSP for the region.
Within a week, the debtor found the required amount and repaid the debt in full in order to regain his personal transport.
Enforcement proceedings were completed due to its actual execution.
