VAKS judges with salaries of thousands of dollars during the war were sentenced en masse in the state…

VAKS judges with salaries in the thousands of dollars during the war massively sentenced the state to pay millions in additional payments, – Facts.

According to the publication, VAKS judges with salaries exceeding UAH 150,000 were caught in fraud with payments. During the war, they massively condemned the state for millions, while having luxury real estate and expensive cars. Andriy Bitsyuk and Olena Tanasevych “burned out” on surcharges, and earlier – Kateryna Sikora and Valeriya Chorna. And these are only those who were exposed.

An important role in this scheme to extort millions from the state is played by the chief of staff of VAKS Bohdan Kryklyvenko. He should have immediately filed an appeal against the court's decision, but he did nothing. That is, Kryklivenko is either in the subject or in fate. And earned at least 367 article of the Criminal Code “Official negligence”. Although we all understand what it is really about, wrote people's deputy of the 8th convocation Borislav Bereza.
“I wonder if the conditions in which our soldiers work are as difficult as those in which Judge Chorna and others work? How many other judges have already sentenced themselves to extra payments? I hope that there will be answers not only from the VAKS and law enforcement officers, but also a reaction from professional anti-corruption agents, for example, from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. But the story itself is shameful and ugly,” concluded Bereza.

This is not the first scandal with VAKS judges. Previously, they were exposed in illegal enrichment, purchase of expensive cars and real estate, trips abroad under the guise of business trips and manipulations with official housing.
