A resident of Krasnoyarsk found in his personal account on the State Services portal a protocol for preventive medical examination, which he did not undergo.

The document came from Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Hospital No. 2 and is dated October 8, 2025. The man claims that he was at work that day, reports sibnovosti.ru.

The insurance company that the Krasnoyarsk resident contacted found no reason not to trust the medical institution. The insurers reviewed his medical records and found only that there was no signed voluntary consent. The man was advised to resolve the issue directly with the hospital.

The medical institution explained the situation to journalists due to malfunctions in the data transmission system to State Services. They stated that information may be received with a delay, and the doctor may form an opinion in absentia based on tests taken by the patient during the year.

The Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, after conducting an inspection, did not reveal any violations in the work of the hospital. The department recommended that in such cases, contact the administration of the medical institution, as well as the regional compulsory medical insurance fund and the ministry itself, confirming that attributing non-existent medical examinations is illegal.
