At the lotto draws on Thursday, December 18, the Romanian Lottery awarded more than 28,600 winnings in a total value of more than 1.81 million lei.

At Lotto 6/49, a carryover amounting to over 7.43 million lei (over 1.46 million euros) is registered in category I. At Noroc, a cumulative carryover worth over 4.71 million lei (over 926,100 euros) is at stake.

At Joker, in category I, there is a carryover worth over 43.54 million lei (over 8.55 million euros), and in category II the carryover is worth over 216,000 lei (over 42,400 euros). At Noroc Plus, a cumulative carryover of over 66,100 lei (over 12,900 euros) is registered.

At Lotto 5/40, in category I, there is a carryover amounting to over 1.28 million lei (over 252,700 euros). At Super Noroc, a cumulative carryover is registered in the amount of over 124,800 lei (over 24,100 euros).

The grand prize in the Lotto was won in the draw on November 9, when a young man in his 30s matched all 6 numbers drawn.

He thus won the biggest prize, worth more than 9.6 million euros. The winner declined to reveal his identity and said he played the winning ticket online.
