US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard commented on the Reuters reports on Saturday. She stated that, in the assessment of American intelligence, Russia does not have the ability to conquer and occupy Ukraine or attack Europe.
In a subsequent post, she added that “Reuters propaganda is eagerly used by warmongers who want to undermine President Trump's tireless efforts to end this bloody war that has claimed over a million lives on both sides.”

The Kremlin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev also commented on the matter.
“Let us realize that a well-financed and well-organized media campaign inciting war in the USA, Great Britain and the EU is aimed at undermining President Trump's peace plan. British and EU politicians are pushing the slogan 'let's go to war with Russia' – covering up migration mistakes and profiting from the sale of weapons through 'friendly' contractors,” he wrote.
