Giant edible mushrooms grew in a residential area of Yaroslavl
Natalia discovered huge mushrooms behind a hypermarket in the Zavolzhsky district. The mushrooms resembled ordinary oyster mushrooms, but were much larger.
Mycologists have confirmed that this is an edible mushroom – a twisted row. Such mushrooms are often found in city lawns in the autumn, but collecting them in the city is not recommended due to pollution and possible contact with animals.
Mushrooms can be prepared like regular oyster mushrooms, but it is better to use those collected in the forest.
