Russia has again expanded the “white list” of sites for operation when the Internet is turned off

The Russian Ministry of Digital Development continued to expand the list of sites and services that will work during mobile Internet restrictions.

The list includes government portals, media, transport companies and others. For example, the resource “Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin”, the official websites of the Federation Council, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as the “Movement of the First” platform.
In addition, Aeroflot and Pobeda airlines, the communications operator Motiv, the Rosatom charging station network, the Moscow Exchange and the job search service HeadHunter were added to the list.
The list of available media has been significantly expanded. Now it includes “Radio Player”, “Arguments and Facts”, “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”, “Vedomosti”, “Moskovsky Komsomolets”, as well as TV channels: “Channel One”, NTV, RT, OTR, TNT, STS and others. The list also included the online cinema “Ivy”.
Among commercial services, the Citydrive car rental service, the Vkusno-i Tochka restaurant chain, the Delovye Linii logistics company, and the Vkusville, Auchan, Spar, Metro and Petrovich supermarkets will now remain available.
The agency also reported a significant increase in the number of regional resources on the list, including websites of administrations of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The list is compiled based on the popularity of resources and proposals from federal and regional authorities and continues to be updated regularly.
