“The PTWP Group announced the signing of a share acquisition agreement with the Pluralis BV fund based in Amsterdam. As a result of signing the above-mentioned agreement and adopting appropriate resolutions by the general meeting, Pluralis BV brings to PTWP a majority stake in Gremi Media – the publisher of the “Rzeczpospolita” and “Parkiet” dailies – amounting to 56.82 percent.” — said in the statement.
As reported, the Pluralis BV Fund acquired 369,590 new series C shares of PTWP, which after the registration of the share capital increase will constitute 23%. PTWP shares. According to the announcement, Wojciech Kuśpik (president of the PTWP Group) will retain the position of majority shareholder with a share of 55.14%. PTWP shares.
“Thus, an important stage of the process initiated by signing the investment agreement on November 21, 2025 has been completed, opening a new stage of development of the PTWP Group and one of the most important consolidation projects on the Polish media market in recent years,” the information emphasized.

“A breakthrough moment”
As part of the transaction, the extraordinary general meeting of PTWP adopted a resolution to increase the share capital by issuing 369,590 new series C ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.50 each. The company's share capital was increased from PLN 618,660 to PLN 803,455. Series C shares were acquired by Pluralis BV in exchange for a non-cash contribution in the form of Gremi Media shares with a total value of PLN 45.25 million; the issue price of one series C share was PLN 122.43 – it was announced in the announcement.

We are consistently implementing our growth strategy – organically and through acquisitions, and the titles “Rzeczpospolita” and “Parkiet” are a key element of it,” said Wojciech Kuśpik, president and founder of the PTWP Group, quoted in the release.
Polish Society for Entrepreneurship Support (PTWP) November 21 this year. announced the conclusion of an agreement with Pluralis BV – a fund investing in independent media and holding shares in Gremi Media, which publishes “Rzeczpospolita” and “Parkiet”. PTWP then announced that after the adoption of appropriate resolutions by the Extraordinary General Meeting, it would acquire a majority stake in the publisher of both titles.
On Thursday, after the general meeting of PTWP, the company announced that it had adopted several resolutions to finalize the contract; including, among others: a resolution on increasing the share capital and establishing an incentive program for 2026-2027 as an additional employee remuneration and bonus system.
The General Meeting of PWTP decided to reappoint Andrzej Głowacki to the Supervisory Board for a new term of office from January 1, 2026 (his term has ended), as well as two new members: Grzegorz Kossakowski and Joanna Różycka-Iwan.
In turn, on December 11 this year the supervisory board of Gremi Media adopted a resolution according to which Wojciech Kuśpik became a new member of the management board.

The owner of industry portals is gaining strength
PTWP operates in three segments: it is a publisher of specialized portals (including wnp.pl, rybzdrowie.pl, portalspozywczy.pl, dlahandlu.pl, portalsamorzadowy.pl), an organizer of conferences and business events, with the European Economic Congress at the forefront, and manages the International Congress Center and Spodek in Katowice. Since 2024, it has been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Gremi Media SA is the publisher of the “Rzeczpospolita” daily; the group's portfolio also includes the “Parkiet” daily, the “Wieści Rolnicze” monthly, the “Rzeczpospolita Nauka”, “Rzeczpospolita Podróże” and “Historia” quarterlies, the tv.rp.pl and parkiet.tv television channels, and websites visited by over 7.1 million users per month (data for May 2025 according to the Mediapanel/Gemius PBI study).
