A Russian journalist and several other people died in a Tashkent hotel due to poisoning by an unknown substance: preliminary, it was gas from the pool

Inessa Papernaya worked as a journalist and came to Uzbekistan to relax. The girl stayed at the Karaman Palace Hotel with her companion. On October 20, she received a package. After this, the hotel staff could not get through to the client, so it was decided to open the door.
Two bodies were found in the room: Inessa and her companion. Media reports that there was gas poisoning that got into the ventilation after cleaning the pool. A citizen of Uzbekistan, who was in the next room, also died.
An investigation is underway, the journalist’s body will be returned to Moscow within two days.
